Self portraiture is itself an art that allows the photographer to directly express themself in front of the camera. It is introspective in nature and in my opinion, can be very healing.

In 2023, I completed a monthly creative self portrait project where each month's theme was tied exclusively to what I felt, as well as heavy musings during that time period. That project allowed me to find and strengthen my creative voice.
